Senior Prep · Grade 4 – Grade 6

The Age of
Adventure.

Senior Prep is the phase of “my friends say”, where confidence grows and friendship groups form, on our Chartwell campus with The Forest on site — big enough to stretch in, small enough to feel safe.

Our approach

Where confidence takes shape.

Real-world learning

Projects that matter. Experiments the children design themselves. Learning that connects to life outside the classroom, and carries real meaning.

Where friendships build character

At this age, children learn as much from each other as from their teachers, who they sit with, who they listen to, who they pick up for. The friendships of Senior Prep help shape the people they become.

The Forest, and room to move

Our natural green space in Chartwell is used for break, outdoor projects and quiet moments. Classrooms are dynamic and movable, with flexible seating so the space can shift with the lesson. The children use all of it.

Aftercare & transport

After school is still school.

Optional aftercare runs in-house via Our Little Village, with a half-day and full-afternoon option. Our bus service links the Chartwell campus to the wider area, and a shuttle runs between Chartwell and Syringa for families with younger siblings.

Our Little Village · Aftercare

An optional add-on.

For Senior Prep, aftercare is an optional add-on at additional cost (per the fee schedule). Choose between a half-day to 15:30 or a full afternoon to 17:00, with gates closing at 17:30. A cooked lunch, structured supervision and a light snack are included.

No aftercare on half-term and end-of-term days. Holiday care runs through Our Little Village, with minimal closures throughout the year.
